I am looking for a friendly, professional female to rent a room in my flat. The flat is in a great location- close to the train station and about a 10-15 minute walk from Warwick town centre. It is also just around the corner from the canal.
The room is a nice sized double, with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small chest of drawers and small TV. Opposite is a large main bathroom, with a bath, shower and plenty of shelving, which will be primarily for the person renting the room, as I have my own en suite.
There is also a good size (looks smaller in the photo), comfortable living room and kitchen area with sky TV (unlimited broadband also included).
I also have a very sociable cat, so people interested would have to be comfortable with animals :)
