Double Room in modern Warwick apartment for rent

I am renting out my spare room in Warwick after recently moving back to the area for work.

The room for rent fits and includes a double bed as well as a bedside table and a wardrobe. There is one bathroom in the property.

The rent covers utility bills, and broadband but not council tax. I am happy to compromise on getting a separate TV package e. g. Sky if you are interested.

There is one car park space and street parking available (I have a car as well so we can come to an agreement on parking).

It is very close to Warwick town centre and Leamington Spa is very close, as well as being close to the M40.

I am very easy going but ask that you respect my belongings (this is why i ask for a deposit that we will place in a deposit protection scheme).

I would like to meet potential tenants before I agree to let out the room.
