Large, double room in a 3 floor period property.

The room is a large, double room w/private full-size ensuite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space in a stylish, 4 bedroom, 3 storey period town house just outside Warwick, Nr Hatton. There is a large kitchen with breakfast room as well as a separate dining room. Private garden w/patio. Plasma TV with surround sound in a dedicated cinema room. Wireless broadband internet access is included and the room enjoys views over open countryside and also has it's own flat screen TV. The house is surrounded by private parkland well away from any main road and has dedicated parking spaces. 30 mins from Birmingham by road or train, walking distance to station. I am looking to rent the room to someone who is clean and tidy, values their privacy and enjoys the finer things in life.

I am only 5 miles from Leamington and 3 miles from Warwick. It is a 10 minute drive into the centre of Leamington or if you want to go by train, I am only a mile away from the station.
The train will also get you to Birmingham in 30 mins or London in 1hr 20.

What type of lodger am I looking for? This is difficult to define but if you are tidy you're half way there :-) I respect a persons privacy and expect the same in return. I understand that sometimes, after a hard day the last thing one wants to be is sociable. But on the other hand, sometimes the opposite is true. Previous occupants over the years (7 female, 1 male) have always felt very comfortable and have stayed from around 9 to 18 months and are available for references.

The house is large with plenty of room for doing your own thing and there are many, many acres of private parkland right outside the front door and miles of public footpaths/bridleways for exploring. There is a charming pub 5 mins walk along the canal with views extending for 20 miles over Warwick and Leamington.

I have two children ages 14 and 11 who stay with me every other weekend and one night a week. They have their own room on the top floor, well away from yours!
