Double Room / House Share in Alltwen

I've recently moved back into my 3 bedroom house and I'm looking for someone to house share. It has great facilities including the following:

• Upstairs & downstairs shower / bathrooms
• An enclosed, good sized garden with patio areas
• Large garage, with storage for bikes and other personal items
• Internet with WIFI throughout
• Showroom Kitchen diner.
• Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

My place is in the quiet village of Alltwen approx. 15 mins from Morriston Hosp and 20 mins from Swansea centre, with junc 45 of the M4 just 10 mins away. The village has three pubs within walking distance and a great restaurant. Down at the bottom of the hill is the town of Pontardawe with many shops and a large Tescos.

I am looking for a housemate, who has similar interests I guess. Would be great if I can find someone to socialize with as well as just share the house. I am fairly fit and active (into outdoor stuff, especially climbing) and very young at heart for my age. I have recently moved back in after working away, so there is still some work to be done on the house and I have a few projects on the go. If you are Ok with that then great as the house will be getting improved for both our benefits.
I work Mon – Fri and I’m an early riser so I would prefer someone the same as opposed to shift work, where we may be disturbing one another. I’m pretty tidy so someone the same would probably suit both of us. Oh… and you need to be into music as I have mine on the go a lot. Happy to listen to yours too!! Room will be available from 1 Aug.
