Hi, I am going to be a University of Swansea Postgrad Student starting in September 2014. I am looking for someone who would like to share a brand new apartment located in Copper Quarter, It is a two bed and two bathroom and its fully furnished with all appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all electrical kitchen goods) internet access and decorated to a high standard with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. It has excellent public transport links, and a bus stop outside the apartment. It is close to city centre and 4 miles to the university.
I would prefer a female professional or student, who is pleasant, easy to get on with, tidy and quiet, with no pets.
