The annex has a private entrance, ensuite toilet and washbasin and separate kitchenette. The breakfast bar overlooks the terrace leading to the large garden area laid to lawn with swimming pool, patio area, trees, shrubs and goldfish pond. The tenant will have shared access to the main bathroom and laundry room.

Short term lets are also considered at a slightly higher weekly rate. Please contact the landlord to discuss costs.

The property is set in a small rural village within close proximity (8 to 10 minutes) from the M4 junctions 45 and 46 and is just 5 minutes from Morriston Hospital and 10 minutes from the DVLC. Swansea is just 20 minutes away by car and it is about a 20 to 25 minute drive to Swansea University and Singleton Hospital. There is a regular bus to the city centre.

We are a professional working family of 3. We enjoy the outdoors, our pets and family life. We like a clean and tidy house.
