30 Year old female looking to rent out double room

I am a 30 year old professional female looking for a male or female professional, to share 3 bedroom new build house in Cwmavon, Port Talbot.

A double room is available for £250/month plus bills.

I don't mind a couple moving in but the rent and bills would be split three ways.

Lovely house, on a quiet barratts estate, conveniently located a 2 minute drive to the motorway (west) and 5 minutes (east). Double driveway and a lovely garden. I am a full time shift worker so am not at home every evening/weekend. I have a responsible job and like to come home to enjoy home comforts. Im a good cook too! And enjoy a glass of wine. That's all I ask is that our home is respected and looked after and kept clean and tidy. I currently have a housemate who I also found on a different site. She has been a great housemate and has become an even better friend but will be moving in with her partner at the end of Dec, hence my search.
