I am a single 30 year old female. I work full time shift work and am looking to rent out my spare room.
Double room available in 3 bed, new build Barratts home in Cwmafan, Port Talbot.
2 minute drive from Tesco and M4 West.
5 minute drive to M4 East.
20 minute drive to Swansea and a 40 minute drive to Cardiff.
My current housemate will be moving out soon to live with her partner and I am looking for a replacement! I met her after advertising on the net and she has been living with me for 3 years.
I live in a beautiful home which is a 30 second walk from the cycle track and a 5 minute walk to a lovely local pub with an open fire and delicious food!
I work shifts so I am not home every evening. I have lots of hobbies including keeping fit at the gym, cycling, crafting and enjoy holidays.
