Room in Cwmdu

I'm a Landlord in a house in Cwmdu I
Mostly live in the week in London but come back most weekends.

There is one other tenant in the house Emma whose 32 we get on well and are looking for another person to share the lhouse. Its recently refurbished with 2 separate living rooms ...its handy if u have friends or family over .

I'm easy going and want you to feel as long as you live here its your home. Only specified prefer female as Emma is here on her own in week but would consider a bloke as well.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy person to share with if your untidty we are not going to get along and also if your after a party every night as much as I love za drink ....its best if u share with someone else.
