3 bedroom house in Ravenhill

A fully redecorated double room is now available in a 3 bedroom house, on Middle Road in Gendros.

The house is fully furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas central heating, digital TV and wireless internet. There is a large rear garden and there is roadside parking available to car users.

Ten minutes drive from Junction 46 and 47 of the M4. The area has good bus links and is close to supermarkets, post office etc.

I am the home owner and therefore available at all times for any problem. I'm a 33 year-old professional who works Monday to Friday 9-5 and the occasional Saturday shift. I'm very active during the weekends especially and will often be out in the evenings too - walking not drinking! There is also one other lodger at the property. He also works 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I am now looking to rent the second bedroom out. It has recently been fully redecorated and comes fully furnished with brand new double bed, bedding, x2 double wardrobes and x2 bedside cabinets.

If you're reasonably clean and pay your rent on time with no fuss we'll get along great.

Rent= £250 a month, paid 1 month in advance. This will include gas, electricity, water, TV licence, council tax and internet. You will not need to pay any more bills.
