I've got a fully furnished double room in my house in Morriston, £350 pcm.
The house is central in Morriston, close to the shops, right on the bus route to town, the university, the stadium and the hospitals. Easy access to M4 (J45 & J46). Nice new Wetherspoons pub just opened down the road. The house is pretty quiet, end terrace, nice private back garden area with side entrance for bikes, surfboards etc. There is plenty of parking on the street available.
The house has freeview and catch up tv, Wifi, landline, washing machine, tumble dryer, no pets, central heating, newly installed combi boiler.
I'm 29, I work full time which inc. weekends. I'm easy going and laid back, not a clean freak or a slob, not an all out party animal or a hermit… a general happy medium.
