Furnished double room in Newton, Mumbles. Female preferred please. I am flexible and would consider Mon to Fridays, weekends only or short let. Quiet location near Singleton Hospital and University. Walking distance of the beach and lovely village of Mumbles. Tenant would have upstairs in home where there is a shower room. Shared use of the kitchen.

Amenities include washing machine. Wifi and Sky tv, Netflix and Amazon.
It would suit a mature professional lady 3/5 days per week who is working in Swansea and returning home at weekends.
Or a mature student returning home at weekends.
Tenant would have own bedroom with double bed, own shower room, use of own sitting room with tv, (shared use of kitchen, own fridge).
plenty of private parking and own parking space on the property.
Rental £550 or £400 5 days or pro rata. All bills paid.
