Professional person or persons wanted to share my house. You will have total use of the house (Apart from my personal bedroom, Garage and attic)and all its amenities including cooker and washer/dryer. You will have a double bedroom. The property is on a very nice estate (Westlands, Baglan moors)The house is two minutes from M4-A48 and close to all main bus routes and train stations(Port talbot parkway and Baglan).The shared living room has Sky Tv and wireless internet, For a extra £10 per month i am willing to have Sky installed into your room, But you are able to use the TV in the living room. All bedding and towels are provided (unless you want to use your own which you are free to do.
Will consider a Monday to Friday let. Short let's also considered.
