Walk to campus/Singleton Hospital takes 10 minutes. The house comes with all modern conveniences, including a Bosch fridge freezer, Bosch washing machine, ceramic hob, 40 inch smart flat-screen TV, etc. It has four bedrooms, living room, dining room, two bathrooms/showers and guest WC. The property is in excellent condition. The house also has a patio and a garden. You would have your own room with a double bed and storage space, and share all other facilities. The accommodation would suit a mature final-year student, postgraduate, overseas exchange student, or professional person, and will be available from January 2016. The weekly rent of £110 includes utilities, council tax, fast wireless broadband, TV, TiVO box and telephone line rental.
