Monthly rent includes council tax, water rates, TV License and high speed broadband. Weekly cleaner looks after communal areas - kitchen, living rooms, and bathroom. Rent excludes gas and electricity, which will be split between the housemates.

Close to Singleton Park, and therefore the university...short walk down to the beach. The house is close to sketty shops, and bus stops into central Swansea, as well as good routes to the M4 and Gower.

Sharing with 2 professionals 35 and 36. We are not a party house, and enjoy getting outdoors at the weekend rather than late night drinking sessions every week. We are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate housemate.

Our outgoing housemate was female, so not really a "Ladz" household, per se. In case that's of any concern? We are "house-trained" :-)
