I have a small double room to let in my 3 bed two floor maisonette on Gower Road, Sketty. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
It's close to Sketty Cross shops, a very nice pub (The Vivian) and bus routes into town. Walking distance to both Singleton Hospital and Swansea University, as well as to Gower College (Tycoch campus) and UWTSD Swansea Townhill Campus.
The current housemates are both in their mid-20's, professionals, working in media.
The house is equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, spacious kitchen and a very large living room. There is also a large bathroom with a big bath and separate shower cubicle.
Bills included: council tax, energy, water.
Internet and television services (Virgin Media) paid for separately at around £13 per person based on three housemates sharing the bill.
