I have a double room available in a newly refurbished house on De La Beche road, overlooking singleton park and right down the road from Swansea University. The house is huge with a garden and off-road parking. It has two kitchens, two bathrooms and all bedrooms are very spacious double rooms. It also has a small dining room and separate living room. The house has recently all been done out and has brand new kitchens, bathrooms and furniture. The house also has all brand new flooring and has been done out to a brilliant standard, considering it is a student house! It is close to all amenities including shops and Swansea Centre. It is in a brilliant location and is brilliant value for money! I am looking to get off the contract for this house as soon as possible due to not being able to move out of my current house, so i am looking to be very swift when it comes to viewings and signing the contract!
