Double Room To Let Until End Of Year 2014/15
We have one double room available to let from March - June 2015. One of our housemates has unexpectedly left and its crucial we fill the room.
Currently four in a five bed house, two male, two female, very friendly, welcome anyone. Two bathrooms, two showers, one bath, shared living room/kitchen area. Tidy, clean housemates, one around over the Easter break.
Room available consists of a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk. Ground floor, middle room, but could be offered the upstairs front (largest) room if you really prefer, same price £320 per month.
Kitchen with oven, microwwave, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer, tv, internet. Rent does not include bills, these are on a monthly payment £30 per month.
Landlord is a lovely man, lives next door (for now).
