I am a happy, tidy person who is very easy to get along with. Would like to share with a friendly professional person. Must be a cat lover I have 3. I like my own space but I'm also very sociable. The rent is inclusive of bills.
In a great location near to the M4, Junction 44 so ideal for the motorway and close to Neath, Swansea
and Port Talbot, also has local train and bus routes to town, and has a nice
big garden and on street parking.
Happy for short term lodger but I will need a £200 deposit.
