Hello! We Have A Lovely Double To Rent In A Shared House In Swansea. We Are Located Near To The City Centre, Just Around The Corner From The SA1 Development.
The House Is An End Terraced And There Is Parking On The Street Which Is Unrestricted And Safe.
The House Itself Is A Spacious Town House With A Large Living Room, Kitchen And Bathroom Which Is Shared By The Housemates. The Rent Includes All Bills Such As Council Tax, Water, Gas Electric And We Also Have The Full Sky Sports And Movies Package As Well As Fast Broadband.
There Is A Total Of Four Bedrooms In The House, but we only rent out two of the rooms at a time, so including the person who moves in, there will be four housemates. Currently there is Myself And Chris who own the house And Are A Couple. We Also Have a professional guy Living Here. We Are All Professionals And Aged Between 24- 35. We're Fairly Sociable, All Get On Well And Like A Nice BBQ On The Weekend, But The House Is Relatively Quiet In The Week As We All Work!
There is no bond, but we do ask for the first and last months rent up front and one months notice if you want to move out. Ideally we are looking for housemates who are interested in staying here long term (at least 6 months).
We Also Have A Dog And Three Cats Who Are All Housetrained And Very Friendly, But We Would Prefer To Have Tenants Who Like Animals And Have Lived With Them Before.
