Great accommodation that feels like a home. The house is spacious and conveniently located in Uplands and close to town centre, shared only by professionals.

There is an extra large double bedroom with sea views, two large doubles and an attic single bedroom. All rooms are very comfortable and quiet. They are offered on a short let basis of less than 6 months (can be reviewed in future). Please note that for very short durations (less than a month) the rent is slightly higher to cover turn-around costs.

Council Tax and bills are included (gas, electric, water and internet broadband).

The house is relaxed and everyone is expected to do their bit to keep it clean and ordered. (Tenants may be asked to contribute towards the cost of a cleaner if the house is not kept clean enough to meet required local council health and safety standards).

The house is just a 5 minute walk from town centre and Metropolitan University; 15 minutes walk to train station; and 10 minutes by bike to Swansea University.
