Housemate wanted for fun but serious house of 4

Double room on offer in a 5 bed house for September 2013.
rent is £253 a month contract 42 weeks , private landlord is willing to rent the house further if needed.
Rent includes water, tv license, virgin tv and internet
currently two females and 2 males all students in their 3rd year.
No particularly strong personalities or quirks to rub someone the wrong way.
part of a good friendship group , diverse and accepting.
House has 2 bathrooms and a garage available to rent separately from the landlord.
The landlord is lovely reminds me of a caring granddad and is helpful.
Looking for someone relatively normal , who doesn't mind socializing and doesnt take themselves to seriously. Other then that all welcome for a chat to get to know us.
