Hey there guys!
I have a double room up for rent in my house in Mount Pleasant. Its only a short walk from Swansea Met Uni's and its pretty done up. Also close to town (10 min walk) and there's also an off license right near it. Rent is only £200 excluding bills, but bills are not expensive at all. Have a builder over at the moment doing up the rooms and fitting a new kitchen. Landlords are also nice people So far you'd be living with one female graduate, one male final year student and possibly one professional man who's a journalist This is one of the cheapest and most decent places I have lived in whilst being a student, but am now looking for a place elsewhere as I have started a full time job.
The room has a comfy double bed, decent floor space, furnishings and storage. A sofa bed also fits in there so thats also a rough guideline to the size and space it has.
