Double room to rent in beautiful house in Uplands

I am looking for a flatmate to share the two bedroom house I am currently renting in Uplands. The room is a double and is furnished, but could do with a cupboard added (there is currently a bookshelf in the room which can be moved out to fit in a cupboard). The room has great views over Swansea bay and Mumbles, as does the beautiful back garden. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room which are all furnished to a high standard.
I am starting a new job in September and will be working from home when I'm not travelling. At the moment I'm not sure how my time will be split but I'm looking for someone who is happy with me coming back and forth to the house! They'd also need to be willing to feed my cat while I'm away. She's a very chilled out cat and not demanding at all.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and easygoing. I'm not going to lie I like a clean house but I'm not obsessive about it (honest!). I like keeping fit and enjoy going out for a few drinks in Uplands and sometimes town. I like watching movies and enjoy cooking for friends too.
