We are within walking and cycling distance of the city centre and there is a bus service at the bottom of the road that runs every 15min if required. There is street parking (no permit required) and excellent road connections to the City centre, Cockett, Fforestfach, Morriston and Tycoch areas.
Everyone in the house is easygoing, working and friendly (two girls & two guys) and we all chip in with the house chores through a rota system (so if you are not interested in helping out and prefer to live in a pig sty please don't enquire) We would love to let the room out to a like minded individual who possibly wouldn't mind the odd pub visit too :) there is a good sized living area, kitchen and shared bathroom plus a small secure back yard. The house isn't pet free as a lovely collie and a couple cats live here but they are quiet, clean and no bother. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
