Double room to rent in Uplands area
My housemate and I are looking for someone to rent a large double room in our 4 bed house in the Uplands/Sketty area of Swansea. The house itself is in a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to the university and a 20 minute walk to the town center (however there are bus stops right around the corner). The house is part furnished at the moment and includes a washing machine, dishwasher as well as all the basics (Double beds, dining table, sofas). There's on-street parking available as well as a garage. We're looking for someone who's easygoing and friendly to stay with us for 6 months +. The room is available immediately.
