Lovely Double En-Suite Room To Rent In Marina Flat
HI my name is Jenny and i'm going to be moving out of the flat as my friend just bought a house so i will be moving in with him. So i'm now seeking someone to take over my room.
The flat already has an existing room mate whose name is Scott. He's been in the bike business for several years and has now gone back to Swansea University to do a degree in Engineering. He's laid-back and social and is respectful of privacy.
The room available is a large double bedroom with en-suite and it's own little balcony over looking the water. Plenty of storage space with two chest of drawers and a cupboard!
The rest of the flat is open-plan and spacious. There is a dishwasher as well as washing machine/tumble dryer. There is a second balcony in the living room which is great for entertaining. The building has security fobs to get into so is very safe and the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor.
Room available whenever really but as soon as possible would be great so please don't hesitate to get in contact if interested!
