Hey! My name is Angie, I am looking for two relaxed, friendly housemates to move in to my little house. I am a part time live-in landlord, having just opened a cafe/bar in town I'm finding that I am spending most of my time living with my partner. I am looking for people I can trust to look after my little house which I have lovingly furnished but am not ready to turn into a complete rental property.
Windmill terrace is in St Thomas, 5 minutes walk from Parc Tawe, SA1 development and town center.
Quirky little house, amazing view of mumbles and the bay (See Pictures) and close to the university and bus routes.
Minimum 6 month contract.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sea views, a dining room and quaint kitchen and a large bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor.
Garden is has a small vegetable patch and a decked area which catches the sun for most of the day.
Whole house is available for use but I am around from time to time to collect mail and use the attic for storage.
