Small double bedroom in a 4 bed house in a well sort after area of Sketty/Brynmill. Sketty is 8 mins walk and Uplands about 6mins walk. It's about 10 mins walk to the Uni and 25 mins walk to the City Centre. 75m from Brynmill Park. Room has plenty of draw space and a desk, but only an open wardrobe. Shared bathroom with at least one person. I have a daughter living with me and one at Uni but they can always share my ensuite as well as the shared bathroom.
This is not a 24/7 party persons house.
We have 5 small dogs and show 3 of them. You have to be a 'dog' loving' person to live here or it will be difficult on us all and more importantly the dogs.
My daughter works in a local bar ('till late) I am employed locally and work shifts between 08. 00 to 20. 00, 7 days a week. We do have a 'dog minder' who comes in for 3 to 5 hours a day!!!
