Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a student house. The house is in the city centre and has great bus routes to Swansea Uni as well as being a short walk to UWTSD. There will be 3 female and 1 male student tenants as well as the person that takes over my room. Bills usually amount to under £40pp per month. Room is on top floor so quiet and comes furnished.
