I am Ruth, an active 52 year young person. I have a beautiful double room in a shared house in Upper Killay. The property is located on the gateway to the Gower peninsular, the first area of outstanding natural beauty, which contains many stunning beaches. Being within easy reach of Central Swansea, Swansea and Metropolitan Universities, Singleton Hospital & Killay Precinct as well as the Gower makes it an all round property. A large private enclosed back garden has BBQ, garden furniture including patio chairs and table and an outside toilet. Shared facilities include bathroom, with separate toilet, kitchen and sitting room. A compact kitchen has hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is situated in the garage. Unlimited broadband is available. There is parking at the property & room to store a bike.
All bills are included in the rent and can include towels and bed linen if necessary (additional one off charge). I have 1 availability (bedroom 1) from 1st March 2024 (subject to current tenant leaving)
