House share near university and hospital

We have three double and one single room to let in West Cross. The rooms will all be newly furnished and the house has just had its annual makeover.

There are sea views of the Mumbles from the kitchen.

There are two bathrooms in the property, together with a shared kitchen and lounge area with TV. Virgin media and broadband to be installed ASAP.

There is plenty of on street parking. It is only a short walk to Mumbles (1. 3 Miles), with plenty of buses (stop only a couple of mins away) straight to Singleton Hospital (2. 5 miles), University (2. 5 miles) and City Centre.
