3 bed semi detached Situated in a very quite street in Armadale which looks on to the old golf course and within a short walk to all amenities also local library, sports center with swimming pool ,health center en route and 2 large parks close by also on the bus route. I have 2 dogs at the property so must be animal friendly .the room is at the rear away from the road has a double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers and newly decorated .there is a washing machine, tumble dryer & internet at and a comfortable livingroom also a driveway and on street parking. I'm looking for a female lodger preferably, someone in full-time employment. who is easy going non party animal, must also keep there room clean and tidy . must supply details of reference/s from last tenancy/s. A deposit and 1st months rent upfront .Bills included gas, electric&internet. if traveling to Glasgow or Edinburgh there is a train station in Armadale not far from the house and a regular bus service and 10 minutes from the M8 Edinburgh is 20mls and takes around 45minutes in morning rush hour or 20minutes normally and Glasgow is about 27mls and takes about 40minutes in normal traffic. your also welcome to come and have a look around the property to see if it's to your liking .I may also consider professional couples but the rent would be higher.
