Location: ARMADALE, West Lothian (Within walking distance to Train Station, Asda literally 1.5 mile away)
About me: My name is Charlene, I am 29 and work full time, it is only myself and my dog that live in the house. We are very friendly :)
Room: I live in a Semi Detatched house, The room is a Double Room (Furnished with drawers, double fitted wardrobe and a double bed)
Parking: You will have use of the driveway as I do not use it (Pictured)
Bills: All bills included in the monthly price - Only thing not included is Food. I also Have WiFi which can be used :)
Pets: I have a very friendly cocker spaniel (he is a small-medium dog- Pictured) Preferably someone with no pets as I will not leave another dog unattended with mine for the safety of both my dog and another. I dont mind fish, hamster etc as long as it is kept clean.
Smoking: If you smoke you will not be allowed to smoke in the house and will have to go out the back
I am looking for 450 per month / 100 a week
