BRILLIANT OPPURTUNITY IN A NEWBUILD FLAT IN A BEAUTIFUL AREA IN BATHGATE
I am currently looking to rent out my second double bedroom as my current flat mate is moving out! The flat is close to bus stop and train station with a regular service going from Edinburgh to Glasgow!
I am a 22 year old professional female with a little cat, I work full time in Edinburgh and when I'm not working I'm usually chilling with friends or having a night in!
400 covers your rent + bills (sky, broadband, council tax, tv license, gas and electric)
My parents own the flat so my step dad will deal with contracts but I deal with all bills and general stuff with the flat.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, two built in mirror wardrobes and full use of the bathroom as I have en suite in my room. You would also have full use of the open plan Livingroom and kitchen.
I am available for viewing most evenings but can be flexible!
