The room is in a three-bedroom house, with shared use of bathroom and kitchen. It is fully furnished (except for bed linens) and newly decorated. The house is situated very close to The Centre in Livingston - less than 5 minutes walk to all those lovely shops! I am the owner of the property and I live in the house with two very well-behaved dogs! I ask for a security deposit, equal to a week's rent of £65, and there is a very small charge each week on top of the rent for the use of the internet. All other bills are included.
