I have 3 double bedrooms, in a spacious clean and tidy house.

I am near the M8 for Edinburgh / Glasgow and there are also good bus and rail links closeby. Livingston North train station is a 5 minute walk and it takes 25 minutes into Edinburgh.

There is ample street parking close to the house.

The double room for rent has a double bed, 5 drawer chest and wardrobe. There is also a T. V with freeview channels and a phone point.

The bathroom has a bath and electric shower. The kitchen is fully equiped, including microwave. Washing machine, tumbledryer and dishwasher are available for use.

I work part time and go to some evening classess, I am a friendly, easy going person.

Monday to Friday rent would be offered at a reduced rate of £270 per month.
