This house is in a few minutes walk away from Aldridge village centre. I would like to rent out a furnished single/double room (the bed can be adapted for both).
The house itself has a large kitchen and very comfortable lounge with a Virgin+ box. There is also a large garden and good parking available on the drive way.
I am currently not living in the property. I have rented out one room and am looking to rent out a second. It is a 3 bed house, with the third bedroom currently being used as storage by myself and the other tenant.
