We are a couple looking to rent out our spare room to a professional female Monday to Friday morning. This house is situated in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. Probably one of the nicest areas of the city. Our term lengths are flexible. We are fair and all we ask is that you respect our house. Ideally we are looking for someone who is a professional, educated, friendly and clean. My girlfriend loves Yoga, so if you would like to get involved she would love that. The bed is a double and the room in generously sized and has an en-suite bathroom, which is your own personal bathroom to use as you please. The price is £400 a month, but is negotiable for the right person. All bills will be included. The house is located in Allesley, near to the A45, which provides good road links to surrounding areas including Meriden, kenilworth and Birmingham. It is a 15 min drive to Birmingham airport or Coventry city centre. There is also some space in the garage to store things.
