Large single room in quiet house

Has your accommodation for the coming academic year fallen through? Unexpectedly, due to a change in our current lodger's personal circumstances, we have a generously-sized, furnished single room available in a quiet, spacious semi-detached family home just outside Coventry from the beginning of the 2020/21 Academic Year or earlier if desired. You would have shared use of kitchen, garden, living room, dining room, and bathroom. Buses go to the city centre, Coventry and Warwick universities and to the University Hospital and there is good access to local facilities including takeaways, shops etc. We are a friendly family - one teacher and author (52), one care assistant (50), and a dog (about 13, we think!) - and enjoy music, walking, cycling and good food. We are sticking to government guidelines and expect anyone who joins our household to observe social distancing; in return, we respect their right to their own space, too.
