Double room available from this Saturday 21st May-fully furnished double room, sharing with 2 professionals, who are quiet and tidy

THE HOUSE: It is a spacious 3 bed house, with a large entrance hall that doubles as my home office/second living room, a downstairs WC, a large living/dining room [27ft long], a galley style kitchen and upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, fully furnished. There is a decent sized garden [summer bbq's!!!], and a garage, plus a drive way for 2 cars and plenty of on-road parking as well. All bills are included, including Sky subscription

THE ROOM: The room is a double and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe unit, large chest of drawers, and an arm chair.

I am happy to consider a short term let.

P. s. Although in Coventry, it is very easy to get to Leamington if you drive-takes about 15 mins to get into Leamington city centre, and about 10 mins to get to Coventry city centre. On main bus route into town, and there is a tescos express 2 mins walk down the road, TGI's is also just round the corner
