1 single and 1 double bedded room (single occupancy) available in Large Victorian house - well furnished to a high standard , warm, clean with own wash hand basin,(shared family bath/shower room 2 separate WCs) cleaned weekly and linen provided and changed weekly Rent all inclusive of bills -will reduce if only needed during week ie Sunday/ Monday to Friday .Easy access to BCU and City centre -2 minute walk to excellent bus service into city number 16 30 minute into town peak time only 20 mins later in day , last bus from city well after 11pm and run hourly after midnight at weekends, near to local shops, park ,leisure centre and plenty of take aways!
WiFi access and TV in room
Use of well equipped kitchen , washing machine and lovely sitting room and garden .
Friendly dog and Landlady live on premises, well used to sharing house -regularly have actors ,post grad students and business people who highly recommend .
