Rent is exclusive of all bills but half price water bill (£7per month) and discount is available for electric bill, broadband (£8pcm) and council tax contribution for non-students (£20pcm). Gas and Electric is on Pay as you go. A work and previous renting references is required. Tenancy length preferred is 6-12 months.
