Hi i'm Sheena and I am a female professional, looking for a female professional lodger. I am looking for a lodger to rent a large single room in the property. It's a 3 storey to
wnhouse in Central Park (Hockley),close to the city centre, and a 10minute walk to the Jewellery Quarter. The room is fully furnished you will have your own bathroom. All bills are included the rent is £550 per month. I am looking for someone who is respectful
of others' privacy, clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who generally likes to do their own thing. The occasional drink, chat would also be nice. I have a very busy career so you would certainly get a lot of space to yourself. The lounge is not shared, but all other facilities are.
