I have 1 large double room available in my house, overlooking the garden. The room is bright with a large window, and neutrally decorated. Council tax and all bills included in rent. The living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen will be shared. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, large garden, off road parking, central heat, gas fire and double glazing as well as virgin tv/broadband. (What more could you want?!)It's a nice, quiet street, close to shops, a pub and only a few mins walk to buses into city centre. You will need to like dogs because I have one! She is very friendly and likes people. The house is in Kingstanding, not far from Perry Bar and Great Barr areas. Very close to Golden Hind pub on Kingstanding Rd. I'm an actor/singer with a day job, so would be lovely to have people with similar interests, but I don't mind what you do or like. Looking for someone who is reasonably tidy and respectful. You would be living with me, but there's a possibility I might rent out the other bedroom at some point in the future. I'm generally pretty quiet, so it would be very good for anyone studying/doing research or who just likes their peace and relaxation at the end of a hard day.
