Single room available

Hello,

I have a single room available to rent in a semi-detached house.

We have a spare room in my house in Great Barr. It's just a stones throw from the motorway, so has great commute links. If you are not a driver, it's an easy bus ride into the city, or the train station is just a couple of miles.

The house itself is quite big, it has a lovely big garden, and garage. Off road parking. The kitchen is very spacious, and the sitting room is a nice sociable size! There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single. Personally, we think it's a lovely house, nicely decorated, and has lots of character and the area is quite quiet with lots of open space around us.

The single room, although cosy, comes with a single bed and chest of drawers, for £150pcm. Bills will be charged as and when they come in and split evenly between housemates. Council tax will be your own responsibility, as I am exempt.

A little about me- I'm 29years old and currently training to be a children's nurse. I often work shifts, which are totally random. I have a cat and a dog, who are both very friendly. I'm sociable and active, enjoys walking, cycling gardening, and going out into town occasionally.
