A large double room to let in a beautiful modern, 3 bedroom house in Rubery

There's everything you need here, double bed, large wardrobe, fibre optic wifi and the house is always clean.

I am 23 and the live in landlord, I like to work hard and play hard in Birmingham city centre and the house is always chilled out and the perfect place to relax and after a long day.

The house is large, really nice living room and big kitchen all in a modern style and a large rear garden for summer barbecues with decking and we are just at the foot of the Waseley hills yet only 20 minutes from the city centre!

I am looking for somebody like minded who might enjoy a few beers at home and is social but also respects each others private space.

I'm a pretty keen cook too!

My old housemate was my gym buddy, but this wont get you blacklisted!

The house has a driveway if you have a car and transport is really easy between here and Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch and Worcester, there are loads of buses and the train is not too far away either. Journey time to Birmingham city centre by bus- 30 minutes (20 on the weekends or in the evening!
