Large double room in beautiful house from Septembe

We have a double room available to rent in our rather lovely house which is currently shared by 3 guys and a girl. Sadly one of the guys is moving out and so we're in need of a new housemate.

The house really is rather lovely with a very big garden, big kitchen & laundry area, big living room with TV, Sky full subscription, XBox etc
Four big double bedrooms & one slightly smaller double. It's one of the big doubles up for grabs.

There is a second reception room upstairs with wooden flooring and balcony (ideal for parties), which has been converted into a pub we call Duck.
Family bathroom and extra WC downstairs.

We also have an office that is now available, so if that is also beneficial to you let us know.
Wet room complete with sauna (works) and hot tub (doesn't work).
Double garage & huge drive.
Large and beautiful garden.

Rent is £300 pcm & bills are around £150 every month (direct debit for the energy bills).

The room is unfurnished but there may be a bed.

We're very much a social house as our friends will always drop by unannounced and unwelcome and we'd like things to stay that way. We have shindigs etc so our ideal housemate is a social one.

Current housemates are really good friends and lovely people. Aged aged 23-25.

Our ideal housemate would be sociable, anally clean but not anal about cleaning, bloody hilarious and employed (sorry no students).

Room is available from the beginning of September, we have a spare room that you can use if you want to move in earlier.
