Garden Facing Double Room
Hi, I have a garden facing double room to rent in my house on a quiet grove with access into Birmingham via bus(2 min walk) and train (5-10min walk) There is no drive but roadside parking is available on the grove. Price includes all utilities and Virgin Media TV and Internet.
It's just me in the house and I have 3 (currently indoor) cats who have full roam of the house so cat allergy sufferers need not apply! I wouldn't allow any more larger animals in the house but small pets may be possible. Though I am a smoker, I don't allow smoking in the house. I work full time but irregular shifts so am not at home much!
Looking for someone friendly and sociable, but who will also respect my home.
