Ensuite Student-Only Room At Liberty Close

I am a German exchange student looking for a successor for my room at the Liberty Living Queen’s Hospital Close (private student accomodation).
The room is fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, bed, shelves, curtains, etc.), so you don’t have waste your time and money at IKEA. Additionally, the room provides your own bath room facilities (washbasin, shower, toilet) and with super-fast broadband internet and WIFI for free. You will share your flat with a bunch of really nice 2nd and 3rd year students. A communal area with a fully fitted kitchen (cupboards, fridges, freezers, microwave,…) and a living room with a flat screen TV are included.
On the site you will find laundry facilities and car parking spaces.

The Liberty Close is located near Five Ways. The University of Birmingham is only one train station or a 7min bus ride to go. Nightlife and the city centre are close at hand, too.

You have to be a current full-time student to be accepted by the accomodation management. The room will be available from 22nd December on but moving in later is no problem. The AST you will sign expires on 13th July 2015. The rent is £110 per week and you will have to make a deposit of £200. The on-site management will take care of this process.
